The petitioner has approached this Court very late. According to the petitioner, he is exploring the possibility of admission to the professional course. The petitioner has filed the proposal for verification of his tribe claim on 10.06.2021 only. 2.

At present, we may not issue positive directions to the scrutiny committee. However, considering the fact that, the petitioner is exploring the possibility of admission to the professional course, the Committee may, if, it is possible for it, endeavour to decide the proceedings of the petitioner by 10th October, 2021. The petitioner may appear before the committee on 06th September, 2021.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
