Heard. This is an application for bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The applicant has been arrested in connection with Crime No.400/2022, registered at Nanded Rural Police Station, District Nanded for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 294, 323, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.
The applicant is alleged to have assaulted the informant with a screw driver. He has been in jail for about two months. The investigation appears to have been complete in all respects. The applicant is just 22 years of age. He has no criminal antecedents. Considering all these facts, I am inclined to allow the bail application. Hence the order :-
O R D E R
(i) The Bail Application is allowed.
(ii) The applicant be released on bail in connection with Crime No.400/2022, registered at Nanded Rural Police Station, District Nanded for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 294, 323, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code on his executing P.R. bond in the sum of

Rs.15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand) with one surety in the like amount.
