Heard Mr. Joshi, partner of M/s. J.P. Legal Associates and learned counsel and Mr. Chapalgaonkar. They submit that in terms of the report of the mediation, the first appeal may be disposed of. 2.
Perused the report of the Mediator. It would show that the dispute between the parties is settled. In the circumstances, the First Appeal is allowed in terms of the compromise terms sent by the Mediator, which is marked as "X" for the purpose of identification. Decree be drawn accordingly. Office to disburse the amount in terms of the compromise terms.

First Appeal stands disposed of. Refund of the Court fees, as per the rules is permitted.

In view of disposal of the First Appeal, civil application nos. 11262 of 2013, 17986 of 2010 and 12521 of 2010 also stand disposed of.
