We have heard Mr. Patil, the learned advocate for petitioners.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader states that, he has received communication from the Sub Divisional Officercum-Land Acquisition Officer, Osmanabad that the respondent has deposited an amount of Rs. 1,17,654/- before the Civil Judge Senior Division, Osmanabad pursuant to the compromise arrived at in the Lok Adalat. The said amount is deposited on 07.07.2012 vide cheque No. 366720.

In view of the above, the petitioners may take further step with the Civil Judge Senior Division, Osmanabad. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
