We have heard Mr. Jadhav, learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned counsel submits that the Sub-Divisional Officer has granted stay to the order of the Tahsildar.

It appears that stay is granted in the proceeding taken up in appeal by the Sub-Divisional Officer. The petitioner will have to appear in appeal forthwith. As proceedings are pending, we would not comment anything in the matter.

The petitioner may appear in the appeal pending before the Sub-Divisional Officer and file his say requesting the Sub-Divisional Officer to decide the appeal expeditiously by hearing all parties concerned.
