The contention of the petitioner is that petitioner is entitled for additional one increment on the ground that petitioner has worked in tribal area.

Mr. Jain, learned counsel for the Zilla Parishad on instructions submits that the petitioner is entitled for one additional increment and the said additional increment would be awarded by respondents within a period of three weeks.
