The fact that since 2016, the petitions were not even moved once and the order was passed by this Court on 14th July, 2025 makes it more than sufficient to conclude that the Petitioner is not interested in 906 WP 8816.2016.odt

prosecuting the petitions. Today also learned Counsel for the Petitioner is not able to work out the Petitions for any justified reasons. Hence, both Petitions stand dismissed.
