Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that at present Crime No. 146/2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 of the Indian Penal Code came to be registered in the concerned police station. Learned Counsel placed on record a notice received by the petitioner under Section 160 of the Code of Criminal Procedure issued by SubDivisional Police Offcer, Rural Division, Ahmednagar for recording his statement under Section 161 of the Cr.P.C. Learned Counsel submits that the purpose of fling this Petition is over.

In view of the above submission, since the purpose of fling this petition is over and nothing survives for further consideration, the Petition is disposed of.

The petitioner has deposited Rs. 50,000/- to show his bonafdes. Learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the petitioner is ready to donate Rs.15,000/- to Dengi Samiti, Dean, Government Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad (Account No. 063310200005678). In view of the same, we direct the offce to refund an amount of Rs. 35,000/- to the petitioner and balance amount of Rs. 15,000/- shall be paid to Dengi Samiti, Dean, Government Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad (Account No. 063310200005678).
