Writ Petition is already dismissed against respondent no.3 on 19.10.2011. No steps are taken since then as against respondent no.3.

The petitioner in the present Writ Petition is seeking direction against the respondent no.2 to decide the proposal dated 8.9.2010 submitted by the respondent no.3 seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner on

Learned A.G.P. states that the said proposal is already rejected and the same is communicated vide letter dated 25.2.2011.

In view of the fact that the said proposal is already rejected in 2011, nothing survives in the present Writ Petition.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
