The application is taken out to serve respondent Nos. 9-A and 9-B by way of paper publication for the reasons set out in detail in the application. 2.

Heard learned counsel for applicants.

In brief, it is the contention of learned counsel for applicants that addresses of respondent Nos. 9-A and 9-B given is the only address known to the applicants. As per the remark, they are found not residing at the given address.

Considering the cause assigned and the statement

(2) 918 - CA 10384.2019 in S.A. 642.2018 made supported with affidavit that applicants are not knowing address provided, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' subject to payment of paper publication charges.

Issue notice to the respondents by way of paper publication as prayed for, returnable on 04/10/2019. 6.
