PER COURT :- 1.

Mr. Deshmukh, the learned counsel for the applicant submits that, the Education Officer is present in the Court today and has tendered unconditional apology for his non appearance earlier. Reason is given that common vakalatnama is send to the Advocate in all four writ petitions.

We had found that the applicant herein was not responding to the Court notices in many matters and orders for issuance of Bailable Warrant were required to be passed not only in this matter but in other matters also.

Considering the fact that, the matter would concerned with his service we accept the unconditional apology tendered by the applicant and bailable warrant issued, is recalled. However, it is expected that, henceforth the applicant would diligently respond to the Court notices and if it is found that the applicant is not responding to the Court notices diligently, we will have to take coercive action against the applicant. 4.
