Learned counsel for respondent no.2 pointed out that chargesheet in this case is filed in November 2021. Till today, learned counsel for the applicant has not taken any steps to file an application for amendment and to annex a copy of the charge-sheet. 2.

In this view of the matter, the application is disposed off because of the change in circumstance of filing of the charge-sheet. If the applicant wants to challenge the charge-sheet, he is at liberty to file a fresh application. If such application is filed, it shall be decided on its own merits in accordance with law.
