Mr. Kendre, the learned counsel submits that the proposal is submitted for considering the services of the petitioner since the year 1986 (Exh. "A"). However, no decision is taken by respondent Nos. 2 and 3 upon the same.

We have heard the learned A.G.P., who states that, in case the said proposal is pending, it would be decided on its own merits. In light of that, we pass the following order :

O R D E R

I.

Respondent No. 3 shall take decision on the representation/proposal received by it (Exh. "A") on its

wp8166.15 -2own merits in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (4) months and in case the same is to be referred to respondent No. 2, then the same be referred to respondent No. 2 by respondent No. 3, who shall take decision, if necessary, upon the same within three (3) months thereafter.
