Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the respondents/State.

The applicants are seeking bail in C.R.No.098 of 2023 registered with Beed Rural Police Station, District Beed, for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 326, 325, 324, 341, 323, 143, 147, 148, 149, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4/25 of the Arms Act.

The similarly situated co-accused have been granted bail. Hence, the applicants deserve parity. That apart, nothing remained to be recovered from the applicants. Hence, the applicants deserve bail.

Tukaram Phad, be released on bail, on furnishing PB and SB of Rs.50,000/- each, with one solvent surety of the like amount, in C.R.No.098 of 2023 registered with Beed Rural Police Station, District Beed, for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 326, 325, 324, 341, 323, 143, 147, 148, 149, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4/25 of the Arms Act, on the conditions that, (a) They shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses. (b) They shall attend the police station as and when called by the Investigating Officer on a written notice till filing the chargesheet.

(c) They shall not enter the village Tandalwadi Bhil, Taluka and District Beed, for three months from the date of their release.
