It is clear from the communication and particularly dated 19th July, 2017 from the Director of Technical Education that, no candidate or student like the petitioner would be harassed, nor his education would be interrupted merely because caste validity certificate has not been produced. If the student is not at fault, then subject to his obtaining certificate of validity and the outcome of the proceedings in that behalf, he should be allowed to continue his studies. He should be allowed to appear in examination and his result be declared and the degree certificate be awarded subject to orders of the Caste Scrutiny Committee.

In view of the above, writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
