This is an application for restoration of the writ petition, which was dismissed for non removal of office objections. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that due to inadvertence, the objections could not be removed within stipulated period. He submits that the order of dismissing the petition be recalled and the petition be restored.

Learned Addl.G.P. for Respondent Nos.1, 3 and 4 opposes the application. He submits that if this Court restores the petition, some cost be imposed on the applicant.

After hearing both the sides and going through the application, we allow the application in terms of prayer clause (C), subject to cost of Rs. 1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand) to be paid to Advocates' Association Bar Library, High Court, Aurangabad.

Since the petition is now restored, issue notice to all the respondents, returnable on 18th September, 2025. Learned Addl.G.P. waives service of notice for Respondent Nos. 1, 3 and 4. The petitioner is at liberty to serve Respondent Nos.2 and 5 privately.
