Waramaa produced copy of the Judgment delivered by the Chairty Commissioner, Maharashtra State, Mumbai in Misc. Application No. CC/783/2018. He submitted that already direction is given to hold election of the trust by the Charity Commissioner. In view of this circumstances, learned counsel Shri. Waramma submitted that the matter has become infructious. The learned counsel for the petitioner wants to agitate the other grievance.
