The First Appeals are disposed of by this Court ( Coram: S.V.Gangapurwala, J.) vide the judgment delivered on 8th September, 2015. This Court has declined to interfere in the impugned awards. Present applications are filed with a prayer that the Bank guarantees furnished by the claimants while withdrawing the amounts deposited in this Court shall be discharged.

In view of the fact that the appeals have been disposed of and no interference is caused in the impugned AGP/-

IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY

BENCH AT AURANGABAD (2) CA NO.11445 of 2016 judgment and awards, the applications deserve to be allowed and the same are accordingly allowed. The Bank guarantees submitted by the respective claimants shall stand discharged. Both the Applications stand disposed of accordingly.
