Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant and learned counsel appearing for the appellant-insurance company. Considering the averments made in the application for withdrawal of the amount and taking into consideration the grounds of objection raised in exception to the impugned award. I deem it appropriate to pass the following order: -
ORDER
i) The applicants are permitted to withdraw 40% of the total deposited amount on an undertaking, in the event any adverse order is passed they will require to re-deposit the said amount within four months of passing of such order;- ii) Balance 60% be invested in Fixed Deposit Receipts in any Nationalised Bank, initially for a period of two years and if so
