After hearing the learned Advocates for some time, the learned Advocate for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this Writ Petition in order to avail alternate remedy available under Section 81 of the Maharashtra Public Universities Act, 2016.

In that view of the matter, we allow the petitioner to withdraw this Writ Petition for enabling him to approach the College and University Tribunal.

Needless to mention that time spent on prosecuting this Writ petition will be taken into consideration while considering the application seeking condonation of delay.
