In the applications filed for condonation of delay of 317, 255 and 302 days caused in filing the appeals by the Union of India, for the reasons stated in the applications and more particularly, the administrative reasons, the delay is condoned. The delay condonation applications are disposed of accordingly.

In stay applications, 12 weeks further time is granted to deposit the amount as directed by this Court along with the accrued interest thereon till date.
