Considering the contentions raised in the applications for withdrawal of the amount and having regard to the objections raised by the appellant in exception to the impugned award, I deem it appropriate to pass the following order:

ORDER

1) The applicants / original claimants are permitted to withdraw 60 per cent of the amount deposited in this Court by the acquiring body on furnishing an undertaking that in the event any adverse order is passed against them, they will re-deposit the said amount within four months from the date of passing of such order. 2) Balance 40 per cent of the deposited amount be invested in any nationalized Bank initially for a period of three years and if so required, for the period till disposal of the appeal.
