In view of the same and for the reasons stated in the application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause '

A' and 'B' subject to costs of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) shall be paid to the CRECHE / Day Care Centre run by Advocates Bar Association, High Court, Aurangabad. The applicant shall produce the receipt about the payment of the said costs to Day Care Centre. If the amount is deposited, list the matter for hearing on admission on 31.01.2020. (V. K.
