These are the applications for condonation of delay moved by the applicant/acquiring body.

Heard Mrs. Shelke, learned counsel for applicant/acquiring body and Mr. Laxmikant C. Patil, learned counsel for claimants. There seems to be delay of 560 days in preferring the appeals in both the matters.

Mr. Patil, learned counsel for claimants raised objection to condone the delay. However, by looking to the nature of dispute and for the reasons stated in the applications for condonation of delay,
