The Appellant is objecting to the order passed by the learned Single Judge refusing to grant interim relief in Writ Petition No.3810 of 2010 though the Petition has been admitted.

This Court, while issuing notices in the Letters Patent Appeal on 21st July 2011, has directed the parties to maintain status quo in respect of Revenue Entry No.724. The order of status quo granted by this Court is in operation till this date. In this view of the matter, this Appeal can be disposed of by making request to the learned Single Judge to decide the pending Writ Petition expeditiously, at the same time maintaining the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court on 21st July 2011 until disposal of the Writ Petition pending before the learned Single Judge.

Learned Single Judge is requested to decide pending Writ Petition No.3810 of 2010 expeditiously. Interim order directing the parties to maintain status quo in respect of Revenue Entry No.724, granted by this Court on 21st July 2011, shall remain operative till the decision in Writ
Petition No.3810 of 2010.

In view of the above Letters Patent Appeal is disposed of.

Pending Civil Applications do not survive and stand disposed of.
