Learned counsel appearing for Respondent Nos.2 to 4 has tendered across the Bar, copy of the Notification dated 11th June, 2015 issued by the Industries, Energy and Labour Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai. The same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification purpose. Learned counsel invites our attention to Clause No.3 of

wp8928.18.odt the Schedule in the said Notification and submits that the appellate authority is mentioned in the said Clause. He submits that the Petitioner has efficacious and alternate remedy of filing appeal before the said authority.

Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this Petition with liberty to approach the appellate authority. Leave granted. The Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
