Learned advocate for applicant submits that claimant has filed present application for withdrawal of amount deposited by the acquiring body. She submits that first appeal is already disposed of, hence, applicant may be permitted to withdraw the compensation amount.

In that view of the matter, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'.
