BENCH AT AURANGABAD WRIT PETITION NO.9085 OF 2018 Dadasaheb Rambhau Taur PETITIONER

VERSUS

District Superintendent of Land Records & Ors. RESPONDENTS .......

Mr. S.D.Munde h/f Mr. S.S. Gangakhedkar, Advocate for petitioner Mr. P. N. Kutti, AGP for respondent State Mr. S. G. Dodya h/f Mr. P.N.Mule, Advocate for respondent No.3 .......

[CORAM : SUNIL P. DESHMUKH, J.] DATE : 8 th AUGUST, 2018 ORDER :

1.

The writ petition has been moved by the petitioner since the petitioner apprehends that there is no incumbent presiding officer holding charge of revisional authority and during its pendency, order impugned in the revision is likely to be implemented.

2.

On the contrary, Mr. Dodya, learned advocate appearing for respondent No. 3, submits that in the first place, impugned order, according to his instructions, has already been implemented and secondly referring to page 56 of the writ petition, he submits that hearing on interim relief application is contemplated on 31st August, 2018.

{2} wp9085-18 3.

In the circumstances, it is expedient that the proceedings for interim relief may be allowed to go on before the concerned authority and if the authority is not available, in such a case, order impugned in revision, if not already implemented, be not implemented till interim relief application is decided. 4.

Writ petition, as such, stands disposed of.
