Mr.Joshi, learned counsel states that Respondent No.2 is served by the petitioner by taking Hamdast. The office endorsement also shows that Respondent No.2 is served, however, none appears for Respondent No.2.

The application of the petitioner seeking admission to B.Sc. (Agriculture) and B.Sc.(Bio-Tech.) has been rejected on the ground that petitioner has filled in two applications. As per clause 3.1 of the Prospectus issued by the Respondent No.2, a candidate is supposed to fill in only one application. Clause 3.6 lays down that in case any candidate fills in more application forms, the latest filled in and complete application form in all respect will be

considered. Clause 3.8 lays down the circumstances under which the application shall not be considered and would stand rejected automatically. The contention of the petitioner is that as he has filled in two forms, his both forms are rejected. 4.

We have heard learned Addl. Govt. Pleader. The admission process has travelled further, probably, now last round has remained. In case the candidate has filled in two or more forms then his latest form is required to be considered as per the Rules published in the Prospectus.

Considering th above, we pass the following order : a) The Respondent Nos.1 and 2 shall consider the application of the petitioner filled in for B.Sc. (Agriculture) course and in case the said application is complete in all respect and the petitioner is otherwise eligible then shall consider him for admission to the B.Sc. (Agriculture) course as per merit. However, it is made clear that admissions already given to the candidates shall not be affected even they have secured less marks than the petitioner. b) The Writ Petition is disposed of with aforesaid directions. No costs.

c) Authenticated copy be given.
