At the outset, learned Advocate for the petitioner states that the instant petition has become infructuous since the appellant is acquitted by an order dated 29/04/2025, passed by the learned Special Judge (ACB) and Additional Sessions Judge, Aurangabad. He places on record copy of the order dated 29/04/2025, which is marked as 'X' for identification.
