The mistakes which are sought to be rectified are inadvertent mistakes and clerical mistakes. Those are not changing main texture of the judgment. 4.(i) The mistake in title clause be corrected by incorporating name of Mrs. D.V. Naik Nimbalkar as Respondent No.5. (ii) In paragraph no.3, surname typed as Chadekar be corrected as 'Chaphekar'.

(iii) In paragraph no.17, paragraph nos. 10 and 12 be replaced by Clause No.22 of the Rules of 1977.

(iv) In paragraph no.20, the date 28.07.2019 be corrected as '28.07.2014'.

(v) In paragraph no.31, paragraph nos. 10 and 12 quoted from judgment of K.P. Dubey and Ors., be replaced by paragraph nos. 12 and 15.
