We have considered the submissions of the learned Advocate for the applicant and the learned AGP. None present for respondent Nos. 5 and 6.

We have perused the order passed by the Honourable Apex Court dated 27-07-2018 permitting the petitioner to appear before this Court for producing additional documents. With this liberty, the Civil application for seeking recalling of our order dated 05-04-2018 has been filed.

By this application, the applicant prays for condonation of delay.

The issue involved is a service dispute. The applicant/petitioner is to retire in about two years time. 5.

Considering the above and the reasons set out in the civil application for seeking condonation of delay, the same is allowed. The delay of 1212 days is condoned. 6.

As the applicant is a teacher and without salary since 2006, we are not imposing costs.
