This application is filed by the son of deceased applicant. Deceased applicant has filed revision challenging the judgment and order to the extent of inadequate sentence.

After perusing the record, it appears that original applicant died on 15.01.2014. This application is now preferred by the son of the deceased who happens to be brother of deceased Mangal. 03.

For the reasons stated, this application stands allowed by condoning the delay. The applicant is permitted to prosecute Criminal Revision Application No.416 of 2004.
