The learned Counsel for the petitioner tenders on record a copy of the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No.5162 of 2004 (Maha Padvidhar Anshkalin Karmachari Welfare Association Vs. State of Maharashtra and ors.) and other connected petitions dated 20.10.2015 and submits that present petitions can be disposed of in the same

It appears that the present petitions are filed with a grievance that though the petitioners were working with the State Government as parttime employees, they were not considered for regular appointments. It appears that subsequently the Government took a decision to see that reservation is provided to such persons.

In view of these circumstances, present Writ Petitions deserve to be disposed of in view of the Government Resolution dated 27.10.2009 mentioned in the order of the Division Bench dated dated 20.10.2015, referred to above.

Both the Writ Petitions are accordingly disposed of. No costs.
