Vide the order dated 02nd November, 2012 in Civil Application No. 12625 of 2012 this Court had allowed Applicant Nos. 1 and 2 to withdraw the amount and had granted liberty to the minor to apply for withdrawal on attaining majority. It is submitted that, the applicant No. 5 Shaikh Rubina has attained the age of majority.

In light of that, the Applicant No. 5/Shaikh Rubina is allowed to withdraw an amount of Rs.70,000/- (Rs. Seventy thousands only) on submitting undertaking to this Court stating that, if in the event the appeal is allowed and the applicant No. 5

2 ca 10631.15 is directed to deposit the amount, applicant No. 5 would deposit the same within one (1) month. The civil application accordingly is disposed of.
