The learned AGP appearing for the State has tendered across the Bar copy of the certificate issued by the MH-CET-2016 Special Medical Board for Physically Handicapped, Government Medical College, Aurangabad. The same are taken on record. Relying upon the said certificate, he submits that the disability i.e. Post Traumatic Arthritis Hip (Rt) is to the extent of 28% and therefore, the petitioner's case cannot be considered for admission from the category of the persons with

8100.16wp disability for medical course.

In that view of the matter, we do not feel that we can grant any relief to the petitioner.

Hence, the petition stands rejected.
