Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has a small business that is the only source of income. He has to maintain the family. It has become difficult

937-Cri.Appln.3004-24.odt for him to stay out of Nandurbar City. He is not getting any job. His family has been put to starvation. Since March, he followed the condition scrupulously. He did not violate the condition. Hence, that condition may be relaxed. 6.

In view of the submissions and the post bail conduct of the applicant and loss of his income, the condition No.(b) imposed in order dated 19.03.2024 stands relaxed. 7.

Criminal Application is allowed.
