{2} wp 8108.16.odt The reasonable request of the petitioner for issuance of directions to respondent No.2 committee to accept the proposal for verification of his tribe certificate, directly without insisting for submission through the Educational Institution deserves to be accepted, since the petitioner is desirous of securing admission to academic course and it is necessary for him to tender acknowledgment receipt in respect of pendency of the proposal. The Writ Petition is thus allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'.
