Mr. Panpatte, learned counsel for petitioners submits that the respondents were supposed to decide the said proposal within a period of six (06) months from the date of the order i.e. 1st August, 2020. The same is decided after lapse of two years.

Though belatedly, the Contempt stands purged as proposal is decided. The petitioner may assail the order as may be permissible under order.
