It is submitted that the letter is issued by the Joint Director, Higher Education, Jalgaon Division to the Principal of the respondent/College that the proposal with regard to pay fixation has been sanctioned and the

cp456.17 original Service Book along with the pay fixation is sent.

In view of that, the order stands complied with. Contempt stands purged. In case the petitioner has any grievance with regard to the pay fixation done, it is open for the petitioner to take up appropriate proceedings.
