By this application, the applicant seeks quashing of order dt.17.01.2018 passed by the Registrar (Judicial), refusing registration of the instant appeal for non-removal of office objections. There is delay of 188 days in filing the present application. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant undertakes that he will remove the office objections within three weeks from today.

Subject to payment of costs of Rs. 5,000/- to be paid by the applicant to the National Association for Blinds, the application is allowed. The office objections shall be removed within three weeks from today. The delay caused in filing the present application is condoned. The order passed by the Registrar dt. 17.01.2018 is set aside. The Second Appeal be registered.
