The learned A.G.P., on instructions, submits that against the order impugned the petitioner no.1 had filed an appeal and the appeal came to be dismissed. The petitioner has further remedy. 2.

In view of the aforesaid, the petitioner no.1 will have to challenge the order passed by the appellate authority. The petitioner no.2 would also have a remedy before the appellate authority. 3.

In view of above, writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to avail the alternate remedy. All contentions are kept opened. No costs.
