PER COURT:- 1.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the proposal is given for renewal of recognition. The same is not yet decided.

The Authority shall take decision upon the proposal of the petitioner for renewal of recognition preferably within a period of two months.

Till the decision is taken on the proposal for renewal of recognition, the status quo with regard to the inmates of petitioner-institution be maintained. However, new inmates shall not be allowed to the petitioner till the proposal is decided.

Further steps will be taken pursuant to the decision that may be taken upon the proposal. 5.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
