The application has now been filed by the persons who claim themselves to be the legal representatives of the original claimant Rangnath who has died on 14/1/2019. There is a certificate issued by Gram Panchayat mentioning that the applicants are heirs of deceased Rangnath Ganpati Magar.

2] The application is allowed.

3] The Legal Representatives of original claimant Rangnath are allowed to be brought on record. The acquiring body shall carry out necessary amendment in the Appeal memo.
