At the outset it is informed that in the petition the challenge was to an order of issuance of NBW in the proceeding filed under Section 48 of the Industrial Dispute Act alleging that order dated 07-07-2022 passed by the learned Labour Judge in Criminal (ULP) No. 5/2016 was not complied. Said order was also challenged in the Industrial Court, Dhule. Now the order dated 07-07-2022 is set aside in the revision and the matter is remanded back. It is therefore, submitted that this petition has become infructuous.

Learned advocate for the respondent also fairly accepts the said position.

Now there is no meaning in the proceeding with the order dated 29-07-2022.

In view of this, the criminal writ petition stands disposed off as infructuous.
