Both these applications are for condonation of delay of 814 days caused in filing appeal against judgment and award passed by the learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Omerga.

Learned Advocate for acquiring body pointed out that, time

-2- 954-CA-7958-2020 spent for administrative reason and other reasons for delay are spelt out in civil applications and stated that there is no deliberate and intentional delay and therefore, in the interest of justice and fair opportunity, delay so caused is sought to be condoned.

Learned Advocate for the respondents raised objection to condone the delay.

For the reasons mentioned in civil application, more particularly in paragraph nos.4 and 5 and in the interest of justice and fair opportunity, delay caused is required to be condoned. Delay stands condoned. Both Appeals be duly registered.

In First Appeals, issue notice to the respondents, returnable within eight weeks. Learned Advocate Mr. L. C. Patil waives service of notice on behalf of respondents.
