These applications are taken out for condonation of delay in preferring the appeals.

The respondent No.3-acquiring body has been served. None appears for respondent No.3.

The applicants aver that they were not in a position to file the appeals within stipulated period as the enhanced amount of compensation was not paid to the applicants. On account of poor financial condition and adverse social situation, the applicants could not prefer the appeals within the period of limitation. 5.

Thus, for the reasons assigned in the applications and to advance the cause of substantive justice, the delay deserves to be condoned. Hence the following order.

ORDER

i.

The applications stand allowed in terms of prayer clause-B.

ii.

Delay in preferring the appeals stands condoned. iii.

The appeals be registered.
