Learned counsel for the applicant submits that during pendency of the main criminal application, charge sheet has been submitted. Criminal Application No. 1952 of 2021 is fled for amendment to seek quashing of the proceedings. In view of the same and the for the reasons stated in the application, Criminal Application No. 1952 of 2021 is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B, C and D" and accordingly disposed of.
