This Court, by an order dated 16th April, 2014, has condoned delay of 189 days caused in filing Second Appeal, subject to payment of costs of Rs.2,500/- to be deposited in this Court. 2.

Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that by way of present application, the difficulties faced in complying the said orders are narrated.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no.1 objects to the narration of said facts and submits that the order was not at all complied within time stipulated and no extension be

By way of last chance and in the interest of justice, the extension as prayed for is granted. The appellant shall deposit the costs within a period of two weeks from today. Upon depositing the costs within two weeks, Second Appeal be registered. 5.

Non applicant no.1 herein will be at liberty to withdraw half of the costs.
