After having heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for respondent No.2, the Court expressed disinclination to grant the petition. Learned counsel for the petitioners, therefore, came around to withdraw the petition. The petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.

The petitioners No.2 and 3 - parents-in-law of respondent No.2 are present before us. Both of them appear to be frail and age old. We, therefore, direct the trial Court to grant them permanent exemption from appearing before it during the trial of the matter provided the learned counsel appearing for them before the

trial Court would co-operate to take the matter to logical conclusion. The trial Court may, however, enforce their presence as and when required i.e. at the time of framing of charge, recording of statements under Section 313 of the Criminal Procedure Code.
